July 3, 2018 – Fuller Broker, Mark Fouts, discusses Bromley Lane Shopping Center

Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree and an ARC thrift store are planned for the space, said Fouts who works at Fuller Real Estate in Denver. Construction crews currently are renovating the site, including the parking lot. Kmart closed its store in the shopping center in April 2016.

June 26, 2018 – Home price gains starting to come under pressure in some cities

Metro Denver’s home price index rose 0.4 percent month-over-month and is up 8.6 percent on the year, which ranked fourth out of the 20 cities tracked. Seattle, Las Vegas and San Francisco all had double-digit annual gains.

June 26, 2018 – National Western Stock Show site preps for $756M overhaul

The transformation of the historic National Western Stock Show grounds into a more modern agricultural attraction is starting in northern Denver.

By the time the seven-year, $756 million construction project is done, it will add several big new buildings and reconfigure the 250 acres, home to the largest livestock show in North America, into a year-around gathering spot in the city.

Officials from agencies overseeing the reconstruction of the Nation Western Center gave tours of the site Monday to media and local political figures to provide a glimpse of what will begin to change in the next seven months.
